By using DitchYourSite, you confirm that the website you are scraping is your own or that you have explicit permission from the site owner to scrape it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to export the content.

We do not store, retain, or sell any scraped content. All data is processed in memory during the scrape and packaged into your download. Once the download is delivered, no copy of your site data is kept on our servers.

DitchYourSite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Squarespace, Wix, Showit, WordPress, Adobe Portfolio, Weebly, or any other platform. We simply read publicly available pages the same way a web browser does.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credit purchases are one-time and non-refundable. Pro Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your Stripe billing portal.

This service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that all content, images, or functionality of your original site will be captured. Some dynamic or JavaScript-rendered content may not be extractable.
